Refunds and Exchanges: Brass Tacks

Brass Tacks furniture is made to order and a customized order for each purchase. There are no refunds/exchanges on customized orders however, in the case an item arrives damaged we will process a claim as all products are insured through the shipping methods. If a product comes damaged you will need us at support@brasstackswoodworking.com and present pictures to accompany the claim. 

 

If you order the wrong sized item or made a mistake during ordering changes to your custom order can be changed up to 48 hours after the purchase. 

 

Items that are to be gifted the delivery or shipping address can be updated any time prior to shipping. You will be notified when your item is being made, boxed, and subsequently shipped.

 

Purchasing and Warranties 

Once you have clicked on the “confirm” button, it might be not possible to edit or cancel your order. If you want to change some parameters, addresses, etc., please check whether such an option is available in your account. We are not bound to make such modifications in your order, but we will do our best on a case-by-case basis. Replacement of Products and credits to the purchaser’s account for Products claimed as damaged or not received are subject to Brass Tacks   investigation and discretion.

 

Shipping: Brass Tacks will ship to the address provided at the time of checkout. The customer may pick the shipping options that are available to their location and market. International orders outside the US may be subject to additional costs outlined in check. The costs of shipping is calculated by live rates software.

 

Changes to this Statement 

Brass Tacks reserves the right to change this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you about significant changes in the way we treat personal information by sending a notice to the primary email address specified in your account, by placing a prominent notice on our site, and/or by updating any privacy information on this page. Your continued use of the Site and/or Services available through this Site after such modifications will constitute your: (a) acknowledgment of the modified Privacy Policy; and (b) agreement to abide and be bound by that Policy.
